Unthreading and re-making ourselves is a project that represents the human being in a process of liberating the self from limits that have been inherited to us, and others that have been adopted as one’s own trough other people’s experiences in an unconscious way.

It proposes a detachment of old heavy patterns that confine our personal and human growth and to become conscious of one’s self and our surrounding in a healthy conscious level. It is shown through diverse media a sort of recipes and small stories that demonstrate individuals in process of getting rid of these mental and physical patterns.
Vero Glezqui is a Mexican visual artist who is formally taking part of the Artists Residency Enschede at the B93. She works mainly with drawings with thread, mix media and she is just entering the video/animation world.
